Q : How were you feeling when you first started looking for your wedding dress?
A: Excited! I had been waiting for this moment for 6 years.
WHAT MADE YOUR EXPERIENCE AT VERITA SPECIAL?
A : I actually went to a sample sale not thinking I would find my dress. But even in those 30 minutes I had to try on dresses, Jessica and her assistants were so attentive to me.
Q : Describe the moment you found your dress, was it what you envisioned or were you surprised?
A : I cried the moment I saw myself in that mirror. I just knew that this was THE dress. It actually was a dress one of my bridesmaids picked out for me. I never wanted a strapless gown but THE TRAIN. I could not pass it up. Thankfully my seamstress added thin straps to change the strapless look of the dress.
Q : Where did your wedding take place and what was your aesthetic?
A: It took place at Old Wide Awake. I wanted a clean look to emphasize the beauty Old Wide Awake has.
Q : What was your favorite part of your wedding?
A: The ceremony and sharing our written vows.
Q: What advice would you give to future brides?
A: if you want it, get it. This is the one time you get to be completely spoiled!
